From Histology Partners to HPI Plus: A Natural Evolution

Histology Partners began with a mission to provide high-quality histology and laboratory support services to healthcare and research institutions. Over time, as we grew and deepened our expertise in controlled environments, we recognized a critical need for specialized services focused on clean room certification, pharmacy compliance, and equipment testing.

In response to this growing demand, we launched HPI Plus—a dedicated division of Histology Partners focused entirely on environmental monitoring, certification, and compliance testing for sterile compounding facilities, laboratories, and clean rooms.

HPI Plus combines the trusted foundation of Histology Partners with a targeted focus on critical environment safety and compliance. Together, we provide a seamless continuum of lab-related services—driven by quality, backed by experience.
